We participated enthusiastically in the yearly Food Expo 2024 Gourmet Zone, held from 15-19 August 2024. During this vibrant event, we showcased an impressive selection of more than 30 different kinds of SKUs, allowing us to highlight the diversity of our offerings. In addition to our displays, we also provided free tastings to our customers, giving them the opportunity to experience our products firsthand.
The atmosphere at the “Wine & Dine Event” was truly buzzing with excitement and anticipation. As guests mingled and sampled the various sakes available for tasting, the room was filled with the delightful sound of clinking glasses and animated conversations. The sake-cocktail session was a highlight of each evening, where attendees got to enjoy something different from other types of sakes.
The positive feedback from everyone present was a testament to the success of the event. It was heartwarming to see people coming together to appreciate and celebrate the art of sake in such a lively and engaging setting. The revival of this beloved event after a long hiatus was indeed a cause for celebration, and it left us all looking forward to more memorable gatherings in the future.
Our booth at the Food Expo Gourmet Zone was bustling with excitement as we welcomed visitors to try our delicious offerings. With the government's lifting of all Covid restrictions, the atmosphere was vibrant and lively, allowing us to showcase our products with free tastings for all. The positive feedback we received filled us with optimism for the future, and we were thrilled to see so many people enjoying our gourmet creations. This year's event was truly a success, and we are already looking forward to the next one, eager to share our passion for food with even more customers.
A Sake Pairing Dinner event took place at the Japanese Washoku Restaurant, "Unkai," located within the Sheraton Hotel.

The dinner event was a grand affair, with 37 distinguished guests gathered to enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Among them, the majority were esteemed VIP customers of Unkai, each bringing their own unique presence to the elegant setting. Laughter and conversations filled the air, creating a vibrant atmosphere that reflected the special bond shared among the attendees. As the evening unfolded, the guests savored not only the delectable cuisine but also the warmth of camaraderie that enveloped them, making the event a truly memorable occasion for all.

一連5天的「香港冬日美食節 2015」經已完滿結束。
首先要感謝每一位曾經到臨的客人和朋友,謝謝你們的支持;同時,也要在這裡感激我們的好同伴在聖誕節這個重要節日期間一值努力把精選產品帶給每一位客人,謝謝!
在這5天的美食節,我們除了把精選的產品帶給你們,例如:日本宮城縣產的A4黑毛和牛、山形縣 LaFrance、日本宮城縣清酒等等優質產品。
同時,我們在這次美食節期間聆聽了不少大家的意見,再一次感謝大家給予我們的意見。我們會繼努力,為大家搜尋更好的產品。

The 5 day Winter Food Fair has officially finished. It’s been a good 5 days getting to see all of you and be able to chat with some as well!
We would like to say a huge thank you to our customers! We truly hope you love the items you bought at our booth and wish that you enjoy eating and drinking them! Many of you have purchased our “hot items” - Japanese A4 Wagyu Beef, Yamagata Prefecture LaFrance Pear, Cherry Wood Smoked Salmon and Miyagi Produced Sakes - let us know how you feel about them! We’d love to hear from you.
Last but not least, we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has come and help us at our booth. We are very grateful to the wonderful people who have taken their holiday time off to come and help us at the booth.
